Modifications – Spring Meadow HOA

The Spring Meadow Homeowners Association (HOA) considers requests for property modifications [external paint, structures, etc.] and determines the extent to which the request complies with the requirements of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

The Modification Request Form can be filled out below and will be emailed to the ACC for review. While we try to review all requests in a timely manner, please note that the CC&Rs allow up to 30 days for the ACC to respond. Homeowners should wait for written approval from the ACC before beginning any modifications.

Please fill out the form on this page with as much detail as possible. If insufficient information is provided, the ACC may have to reach out to you for additional documentation, which will delay your request.

The form allows you to upload supporting documentation, which is often the most useful for ACC review. Please include where applicable:

Paint swatches/color samples
Construction drawings
Site plans
Depictions or renderings of proposed modifications
Materials list(s)
Anything else that would help someone who is hearing about your project for the first time understand it.
