Spring Meadow Annual Meeting Proxy Designation

Please use this form to designate another owner as your proxy for the annual meeting on July 28, 2026.  The HOA must hold an annual meeting each year in order to remain in compliance with state law, transact business, and elect officers.

A quorum of homeowners must be present (20% of the membership) for the meeting to proceed, so 92 homeowners must attend, either on Zoom, or by proxy.  If you designate a proxy for the meeting, you will be counted as “present” even though you are not in the meeting, and your proxy will have the right to cast your vote on any business before the Association unless you specifically check the box below directing that you only be counted for quorum purposes.  Your proxy designation will automatically expire eleven months from the date of the form below.

You may use this webform to designate a proxy for the annual meeting, but you are not required to use this form to do so.  You may also designate a proxy by sending a signed notice to the HOA designating another owner as your proxy and mail to:
