I have read the CC&Rs applicable to my property.

I have read any ACC rulesets that apply to this request (fencing, decks, awning/pergola/trellis, and/or shed/outbuilding).

It is the responsibility of each homeowner to obtain all required permits and approvals from the City of Albany prior to beginning any work.  Approval of this request does not eliminate the need for compliance with city, county, state, or other regulations, and it is the owner’s responsibility to contact all relevant agencies to ensure compliance.  Any approval is considered conditional upon such regulatory compliance, and failure to comply will result in the invalidation of the HOA’s approval and treatment of all modifications in question as unauthorized.
