The following ACC Rules, Forms, and Fine Schedule have been adopted by the Board.
We have had an issue where an unknown person has left copies of some documents on select doorsteps.
The recipients understandably believed that they were in trouble with the HOA. This was not the case. In an effort to prevent
this type of thing from happening again, we have added a watermark to the Rules and Fine Schedule. Any copies of these documents
being send by the Board will not have the watermark.
If the Board/ACC finds an issue with a property, a letter will always be sent via the USPS or
other licensed carrier to the property owner, outlining the issue at hand.
